About The Artwork - Every illustration is hand drawn using an old-fashioned calligraphy pen. I refer to my house portraits as paintings in ink. No computers are used. Heart & soul is invested in each little line. I begin with a comprehensive pencil drawing on illustration board.  Once  you approve this preliminary sketch by email, I begin meticulously applying waterproof black India ink. My pencils act as a guide for detail and pattern to come. Once complete, I ship the artwork directly to you. It is yours to keep and proudly display. You own the original art. It is suitable for framing.

Cost and Size - Everything depends upon the detail of the home, building and/or landscape. My goal is to create an aesthetically appealing piece of art to showcase in your home (or office). Your budget concerns are important to me of course. I can make adjustments on size and detail. I love drawing the various elaborate textures that larger homes offer, but some of my favorites have been the smaller houses. No structure is too large or too modest.  Each is extremely unique its own way. And that's where it's really and truly fun for me.
